I am the Payroll Manager within SB&P and have responsibility for five payroll officers. It is a very busy payroll bureau and the team has to work in a very structured way, as there are various deadlines that need to be met on a daily basis.
We must be fully adverse with any changes to Government legislation to ensure we are always fully compliant. We also provide dedicated advice to our clients on the Construction Industry Scheme.

What is the most daring thing ever done?
I launched myself off a Welsh Mountain on a Zipwire.
What is the most exciting thing on your bucket list?
To fly over Iguazu Falls in a helicopter, climb Christ the Redeemer Statue in Rio and learn to tango in Argentina.
I like to travel and have visited several interesting countries.
The most exciting thing that I did whilst on my travels included climbing Ayers Rock and Sydney Harbour Bridge and scuba-diving in the Great Barrier Reef. I also cruised along the River Nile and visited the ancient pyramids of Egypt to name a few! My next adventure will see me travelling to South America, visiting both Brazil and Argentina.
What one piece of advice would you give your 10-year-old self?
Learn as much as you can during your school days and take advantage of every opportunity that comes your way.
Who inspires you?
My Mum. She is my rock and has been there through good and bad times, helping me to deal with life’s challenges. She is 80 years old and remains incredibly active. She climbed the Sydney Harbour bridge with me and joined me in swimming with wild dolphins. She inspires me to achieve my goals, to have self-belief, and to never give up.
