The Chancellor is to deliver the final Budget before the next general election on Wednesday 24 March at 12.30pm. There are some other important dates looming. The beginning of April sees the introduction of a number of changes to business regulations. One of those changes means that many firms will have to file their VAT returns online rather than submit them in paper form.
