Merseyside Accountants Merge
Bootle Accountants SB&P has finalised a merger with the Liverpool office of Bailey, Page and Roper Accountants (BPR).
The combined firm will trade as SB&P in association with Bailey, Page and Roper. The practice will have more than 40 staff and seven partners working from SB&P's offices in Oriel Road, Bootle.
Michael Roper, of BPR, will continue as a consultant and the firm will retain a small office in the city centre for the convenience of BPR's clients. In recent years SB&P has undergone significant growth. Managing Partner Rowan Summer said "Integrating the two firms is a sensible step in this difficult market, and we will expect that BPR clients will benefit from the expanded range of services that SB&P can offer."
