Bailey Page & Roper Merger with SB&P LLP
With effect from the 1st of February 2009 Bailey Page & Roper merged their Liverpool office and staff to SB&P’s office in Bootle and their office in the Cotton Exchange has been closed. Arrangements have been made for any post and telephone calls to be forwarded to our office in Bootle.
Our principal office is in Bootle, a short distance from Oriel Road train station, and we have ample free car parking here. For the convenience of those clients who prefer the City centre, we also have a small office in Horton House, Exchange Flags, Liverpool, where meetings can be arranged etc if required.
We are working closely with the partners of Bailey Page & Roper to integrate their clients with SB&P and they will each continue to be involved for a period of time. In particular Michael Roper is working with us as a Consultant on an ongoing basis.
